Sauder professor launches Centre for Social...

Innovation is vital in establishing sustainable practices.

James Tansey, Associate Professor at the Sauder School of Business, launched the new Centre for Social Innovation in 2008. The Centre advances sustainable business practices in such areas as carbon markets, sustainable transportation, food security and aquaculture.

Tansey is also president and co-founder of the carbon offset firm Offsetters Climate Neutral Society.
