Welcome to the RBC Next Great Innovator Challenge Community Space, where you can discuss the merits of the peer voting finalist's ideas in this year's Next Great innovation Challenge.

This Year's Challenge:

The workforce and nature of work in the Financial Services industry is changing. A large number of employees are established and mid- career. Your generation, who have had very different experiences are just beginning their careers.

The Next Great Innovator Challenge Question:

"Suggest innovative methods or tactics to transform the workplace to match the needs of an evolving and increasingly diverse workforce."

Teams of 3 or 4 from universities and colleges arcross Canada have submitted thier innovative proposals, and you can help select the 5th finalist who will present to our panel of executives.  Discuss the merits of the peer voting candidates here.
